As a key Ops & Admin staff of The Healthcare Institute (THI), you will drive and implement strategic plan, assist in the overall administration including financial and budgeting, preparation, submission and monitoring of key performance indicators, continuously improve service quality level and perform coordinating roles. You will partner with doctors, nurses and paramedical professionals to provide personalized, specialized, accessible and cost-effective care of the highest quality to our patients. You are expected to exhibit leadership quality and management competency to drive and coordinate the broad spectrum of THI’s administration to be in line with strategic directions.
You should be an independent and self-driven individual who is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management.
· Degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry. Those with practical knowledge of hospital operations have an added advantage.
· Fluency in English, proficiency in MS office applications and a flair for numbers are essential prerequisites.
· Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
